DIBP on the 30^th of September reviewed the risk rating for all countries and CRICOS Education Providers. There has been a positive change for India, Nepal and Bangladesh they have now all moved to a Risk Rating Two (2). This can be verified before a student lodges visa application, use the document checklist tool to get what evidence is likely to be required based on their circumstances.

Now that India, Nepal and Bangladesh are all Assessment Level 2 Countries meaning their English and Financial evidence are not mandatory documents for a visa application but this evidence may be required at any stage and should be made available.
